New Mexico's New Paid Sick Leave Law

Posted by Robert Scott | Apr 19, 2021 | 0 Comments

The Governor just signed the Health Workplaces Act which requires almost all private employers to provide paid sick leave to their employees.

For more information go to the Frequently Asked Questions on my website at this link New Paid Sick Leave FAQshttps://www.bobscottlaw.com/new-mexico-s-new-sick-leave-law

This is great news for New Mexico's workers because it pays workers when they have to take time off because they are sick, have to take care of a family member and for other reasons.

It goes into effect on 7/1/2022.
